When accounts become part of an AWS Organization or are set up with an AWS Control Tower landing zone, they immediately lose their Free Tier status. This means:

You can visit the AWS Management Console [+]or a AWS Free Tier[++] and click on “Create an AWS Account” to start the sign up process anew, choosing Free Plan, where you can receive up to $200 in AWS credits and access over 30 always-free services that offer free monthly usage.
